Welcome to Party Star Rental! By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully, as they outline the rights and responsibilities of both Party Star Rental and our customers.

1. Service Agreement

  • By placing an order with Party Star Rental, you agree to abide by these Terms of Use and any additional guidelines provided.
  • Our agreement with you becomes binding upon confirmation of your reservation and payment.

2. Reservation and Payment Terms

  • A reservation is confirmed only after a deposit is received, and a confirmation is sent via email or text.
  • The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery or upon delivery unless other arrangements have been made.
  • Party Star Rental reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, offering a refund or rescheduling option.

3. Rental Duration and Responsibilities

  • Standard rental duration ranges between 4 and 8 hours unless otherwise stated.
  • All users must comply with the specified safety guidelines and age restrictions.
  • The renter is responsible for ensuring the inflatable is used safely and that all safety instructions provided by Party Star Rental are followed.

4. Delivery, Setup, and Removal

  • Our team will deliver, set up, and remove all rental equipment.
  • The setup area must be clear of obstacles, including sharp objects, debris, or any objects that could damage the inflatable.
  • It is the renter’s responsibility to ensure access to an adequate power source within 50 feet of the setup area.

5. Supervision and Safety Guidelines

  • An adult (age 18+) must supervise the inflatable at all times to ensure safe play.
  • No food, drinks, shoes, or sharp items are allowed inside or around the inflatable to avoid accidents and damage.
  • In case of severe weather (heavy rain, high winds, etc.), the inflatable should be powered down and vacated.

6. Damage and Liability

  • Party Star Rental is not responsible for injuries or accidents that occur due to misuse of the equipment or failure to follow safety guidelines.
  • The renter assumes responsibility for any damages incurred to the inflatable or equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Any repair costs due to negligence may be charged to the renter.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the rental date will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations within 7 days of the rental date will incur a 50% fee.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the event are non-refundable.

8. Weather Conditions

  • Party Star Rental reserves the right to cancel rentals due to severe weather conditions that could affect safety (rain, high winds over 15 mph, etc.). In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

9. Opt-Out of Communications

  • You may opt out of receiving promotional or informational communications from Party Star Rental by contacting us at info@partystarrental.com or calling +1 707-801-0738. We respect your privacy and will promptly honor your opt-out request.

10. Privacy and Data Use

  • Party Star Rental values your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

11. Governing Law

  • These Terms of Use are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the state in which Party Star Rental operates.

By booking with Party Star Rental, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Use and agree to comply with them.
