Damage Policy
Normal stains = expected, no charge, these type of stains are removed with stain treatment and wash.
Permanent damage = not expected, customer pays replacement costs of the linen(s), permanent damage is anything that is not removed after stain treatment and wash. Please be aware the following damage is always permanent and will be charged to the customer:
Wax (candles)
Ink / marker
Paint
Rust
Mildew (from leaving linens damp)
Burn marks (cigarettes, sparklers)
Oil/grease that won’t come out
