Damage Policy
Normal stains = expected, no charge, these type of stains are removed with stain treatment and wash.
Permanent damage = not expected, customer pays replacement costs of the chair cover(s), permanent damage is anything that is not removed after stain treatment and wash. Please be aware the following damage is always permanent and will be charged to the customer:
- 🕯️ Wax (candles)
- 🖊️ Ink / marker
- 🎨 Paint
- 🟤 Rust
- 💧 Mildew (from leaving linens damp)
- 🔥 Burn marks (cigarettes, sparklers)
- 🛢️ Oil/grease that won’t come out
- We have three days after return of rental to advise you of any replacement charges.
