The Process
Browse the rental categories that fit your event. If you are not sure what you need, tell us your event date, guest count, location, and party type and we can recommend a practical setup.
Book your event right from your proposal. A 50% non-refundable down payment and signed agreement are required to reserve your items. The remaining balance is due the Friday before your event.
Before delivery, please make sure the setup area is clear, accessible, and ready for equipment. Please have the area free of debris and animal waste.
Delivery is between 7am–1pm. The day before your event, we'll call and text you with your delivery window. Your driver will need to verify your ID matches the payment card.
Once everything is set up, you can focus on your guests. After the event, we return for pickup between 7pm–9pm.
Policies
A 50% down payment is required to reserve your event and is non-refundable, except in the case of rain for bounce house rentals only, in which case we gladly offer a reschedule. To receive a refund (less the 50% down payment), notify us at least 72 hours before delivery.
We do not deliver inflatables to city parks, no exceptions. We are happy to deliver tables and chairs to parks.
A minimum of two weeks is needed to place a balloon design order. Call the office at (707) 561-0061 to discuss your ideas and get a proposal.
We offer rentals on holidays. For safety reasons, we do not rent inflatables on July 4th. Holiday deliveries: 1 day before the holiday, pickup 1 day after.

If you are taking measurements for a structure such as a building or fence, please provide the height of the structure here. If height does not apply to the wash, for instance for a gutter wash, leave this field empty. Please note if you enter a value here after taking measurements, you will need to take measurements again.
